Children's Education & Learning Center

The Children's Education & Learning Center (CELC) is located in Marshalls Creek, PA. Linder Engineering performed the initial site engineering, Land Development application and NPDES permit application when CELC was originally constructed and is currently working on the relocation of the existing detention basin.
