The Pocono Mountain Public Library is located along SR 611 in Coolbaugh Township, adjacent to the Coolbaugh Township Municipal Building. The vacant field has been developed into a 21,000+/- sf library building with parking, subsurface stormwater controls, and geothermal heating system.
